2026 Big Rip Classic Refund Policy

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) Oct 10, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $10 fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between Oct 10th and Oct 27th, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% cash refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between October 28th and Nov 2nd, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after Nov 2nd, 2026 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or players pack. Tee times and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule.

**Your official withdrawal request must be initiated through Dgscene. Go to the registered players page here and click withdraw under your name at the top(you must be logged into your dgscene account). We will strictly follow this policy for all registered players.
