With only a few weeks until the event registration goes live, we are excited to bring you the full details of when and how you can register. All registration will take place on Disc Golf Scene with two available registration windows. We plan to announce the AM player pack and our minimum Pro added cash prior to May 12th. You must be a Current PDGA Member to register for and play in this event.
Early Registration will begin on May 12th at 6:00pm CST for Tee Sponsors, T-Shirt Sponsors, or those that purchase our 2023 Michael Barnard Full Foil Fundraiser Buzzz. You must select one of these options to complete your registration during this time. We will only have a limited number of these spots available per division and they will be first come first served. An overall cap of 400 players will be observed for the event with approximately 1/3 of that available to early registration. All money raised through sponsors and fundraising efforts goes directly back into the event to further expand the player experience. Early registration typically fills fast and is the best way to guarantee your entry as well as support the event.
Open Registration will begin on June 5th at 6:00pm CST for all players. This event has traditionally hit the player cap within a matter of hours once registration is opened. If you do not get in, you will be able to immediately register for the waitlist. We have changed our waitlist policy this year to require anyone on the waitlist to pay in full. This is due to the challenges we have faced in prior years getting waitlisted players to respond and pay their entry once they have been promoted. Every year we promote 70+ players from the waitlist into the event so do not get discouraged if you are a high number on the list. If you do not get promoted off the waitlist you will receive a full refund.
